The buying process was easy nice. salesperson the car I bought was a 09 Acura RDX Turbo bought it in June the lower end of June took the car back to them it had no heat it needed to heat sensors also it has had a mess in it ever since I got it so they looked at that the car did not run right afterwards so take it back they got it halfway straightened out I complained about my handsfreelink they said I had to take it to the Acura dealership in Winston so take it there come to find out it needs a part for the computer system f... read more

I bought a 2014 Silverado from this location in November, since then it has stayed at the Chevrolet dealership more than it has stayed in my driveway, the Carfax came back clean, but the reports from the Chevy place showed multiple electrical issues with us probably the reason for the low miles. The buying experience was great, but what I bought is a recycled lemon. Since I bought this truck I’ve talked to numerous other people who have been burned by Carmax at other locations. Buyers beware, don’t get screwed like I did!
