Worked with Jeff, the buying process was easy and seamless, they shipped my auto (for free!) from Illinois, it was a 2013 Veloster Turbo, that still looked brand new (still has that new car smell!) was in pristine condition and left me as one happy customer!
While I have heard great things about CarZone, last night I had the privilege of witnessing their transparent process first hand. They only take used cars that are high quality. After wasting 3 hours at dealership across the street, where I was treated like an idiot that couldn't add, I met Jim. One hour later we drove away with a car. Thank you!
Carmax is full of scam artists. They don't help you when you need it. Piece of shit ass car. Smh. I'll NEVER recommend Carmax to anyone!!!!!!
I called in the morning, spoke to Drea and told him which car I was interested in and what time I would be in. The car was immediately taken off the website. When I arrived in 1 degree temp the car was entirely warmed up and waiting for me to test drive. Drea got the appraisal on my trade in going while we left for the test drive. By time we got back it took less than 15 minutes to get my info entered, trade in appraisal added and my financing approved and ready for signing.
