I purchased a car a few years ago and decided to go back for a new truck. The service was horrible. Upon getting ready to purchase we realize the moonroof doesn’t close. Had I not opened the moonroof I would have walked away with a truck and come back to get it serviced right away. It was a huge inconvenience and both sales peopled acted as though they were doing us a favor by giving me a loaner. We ended up at Sommer’s In Mequon and got the truck we wanted and with exceptional customer service!
Carmax warranties they sell are terrible. Three days to get an answer on a repair.
After a bit of a rough start (one bad apple on the phone, situation resolved by talking to a manager), had an incredible experience. Test drove 3 different cars with excellent customer service, but still couldn't find exactly the right one. Then worked with Melissa, who listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect car on the first try. Excellent car shopping experience overall.
I purchased a used vehicle from here a little less than a month ago. The purchasing process was SO easy and everyone was amazing and friendly. Especially my salesman, David. I brought it in today for a few very small things I've noticed and they identified the problems immediately and are fixing them no charge while giving me a loaner to use that fits my family needs (needed a SUV).
