This was a great place and they are very put together and nice and its a very peaceful space for buisness :) .
These people will low ball the shit out of you when it comes to selling your vehicle. I have a brand new 2025 QX80 they offered me 15-20 grand less than the MSRP. So if they put it on the market for $82,000 and it sells then what... That's 15-20 grand they would make over what they paid for it. Carmax needs to come better than that.
I have always had great service at CarMax Chattanooga. This past experience not so great. The communication was not good. The salesperson once the car actually got there was great. Once we got in the car it showed it was months past service. We asked it get this addressed. The service dept said they could not do it until middle of the next month.
