This place sells bad cars. Haven't had my car for 6 months and already having issues. Failed to mention that I could buy the extended warranty at the time that purchased the car. Had issues with the battery the first two weeks, bad wipers, gas issues, check engine light. Called corporate and because I couldn't "prove" that I sent a complaint via email nothing was done. Now I'm stuck with a bad car.

They are always polite and fast. I can't think of the guys name that helped me check in but his arm was hurt but still got me assisted quickly and easily. The guy that work on my car came and sat with me as he explained what needed to be done to my car. Great experience.

I purchased my car from there a year ago & ANY issues I have had, the staff, especially the service team, exceed expectations! & the customer service is great! #CarmaxRocks

I have never been to a better dealership. The staff are amazing, the vehicles are fantastic, and above all, their financing program is the most liberal of any place I have ever seen. If you don't think you can get financed, I can tell you that they can get you into a vehicle even with not so great credit. I want to give a big shout-out to Ricardo Ricketts. He is just awesome. Thanks to all the people at CarMax.
