I went in to get my car looked at for the second time this week. They told me that I have water on my floor boards in my back seat from putting 20,000 miles on a 2013 Nissan Altima in a year. They called it normal wear and tear. But I’m pretty sure you don’t have standing water in your back seat from normal wear and tear.�

Pleasant people but very low offer on selling my car
We were in and done within 2.5 hours. No pressure. Most of the things signed had to do with protection for the purchase. The sales rep, Sara S was easy going, rested and not money hungry. CarMax offers a 5 day return policy so no matter what, you're good. Honestly, this transaction was smoother than the one we had earlier this year at Mercedes. It's taken me more time to pick and purchase a pair of shoes.
I'm so beyond impressed with the service department! We bought our 2013 Tucson at Carmax in Denver, but we live in northern Colorado, so took it to the Loveland shop for a couple of small warranty things. The Bluetooth didn't work, they took it to the Hyundai dealership for a software update which didn't work, so they are putting a whole new system in, for free. They have been great, and we'll be buying Kevin's next car there in a couple of months. Thanks, Craig!
No pressure!! I told them what features I wanted and I chose which vehicle I wanted and they made it happen!! Would absolutely love to purchase a vehicle from them again!! Justin and Adam helped me out today and they were great. I never would have thought owning a BMW was affordable, but these guys made it happen and I love my new car.
The experience was a no stress situation, thanks David for being patient with us..
