Robert from the Loveland store is amazing! The whole service department is but Robert is who we personally worked with when I was having issues with my car. Started off a little rough dur to lack of communication, but after I called a manager and paired me up with Marlon everything went smooth and my SUV got there quicker then I expected. Closing was quick and painless. Look forward to going back and buy my wifes car in the next week or so.
