I have never been treated so nice when dealing with cars. We sold our car to Carmax and it was as easy as they said. Everyone was very very nice. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The next time we are looking for a car to buy we will prob start here!

Walked in to check the prices on used trucks. Plenty of workers there, a few customers, but couldn't get anyone to answer my questions. Walked up to one desk, the man answered the phone and ignored me. Started to another man, but he walked away to join another little group in conversation. I just wasn't in the mood to chase someone down to buy a truck. My leg was hurting bad and I was using my cane. No one offered me a seat to talk. I took my money and left.
Carmax is the best experience I've ever had in buying a car! They go above and beyond to make sure you're happy and taken care of!
Very good service and friendly staff. Bought my car in October and they still remember me by name as soon as I walk in the door.
