I'm absolutely disappointed with Carmax. My car needed Spark Plugs on which they said that they will repair and install. However the technician installed the wrong spark plugs in my vehicle which lead to more problems. I took it too the 100 Oaks location to try another technician but it only gets worst. Our CARMAX experience: 1) Being told by the salesman that he will get the car ready and an hour and 1/2 later you realize they have forgotten you is NOT good customer service. 2) Receiving the car and it is dirty inside and out is NOT good customer service. 3) Finding that the car is missing a radio antenna and trim parts is NOT good customer service. 4) Having to return the car to get brakes repaired is NOT good customer service. 5) Waiting 5 hours for them to be repaired is NOT good customer service. 6) Having to bring the... read more
So over joyed at the experience that my boyfriend and I had at car max this past week! Our sales man Paul was above and beyond wonderful and informational. We never once felt forced into a purchased. I chose a Nissan Sentra for my vehicle and my boyfriend chose a Chevrolet Cruz! We would and have been highly recommending this location and this sales man to all our friends and family!
