Unbelievable!!! After many years of use and abuse by our family and pets we were going to replace our floors. We saved thousands of dollars after an honest and reliable quote by Mr. Carlson. Dishonest company. Took on the job we had of refinishing 4 rooms and 1 room new floor install. I paid higher price for refinishing than other quotes because they were taking the entire job. Did the easy refinishing, got paid and never showed up to do the 1 room install I left many messages, no response. Now it is much harder to find a company that wants to do just 1 room. Expert work and incredible service. I purchased a house only to discover( after ripping up the carpet, the floors were badly damaged from the previous owner's pets. Vern's crew eliminated the awful smell and repaired the floors back to original condition 100% satisfied with the work Thanks. The two main crew members have been working together over 30 years. They really know their stuff
