Everything was Great!!
As a follow up to my previous review.... I love your office. Everyone is so professional and caring. I received prompt, same day response to my concerns. I have upgraded my overall experience to a perfect five star rating! I will recommend your office to all my family and friends.
Everyone at the office conducted themselves professionally, with kindness and compassion. I was very much at ease and my extraction went well. However, given that some infection did show on my x-ray, I feel I should have been given a prescription for antibiotics. It is day three and I am still suffering quite a bit of sinus drainage, tenderness of left sinus and left eye weeping. I will be calling the office for some antibiotics.
Really enjoyed today's visit, which is something I never thought I'd say about going to the dentist. Christmas spirit was in full swing, everyone was smiling, and it felt like going in to say hello to friends. This may be the most welcoming, charming dental surgery in California.
True Story I am the worldâs biggest coward regarding dental treatment. I searched for Sedation Dentistry in Carlsbad and this office came up on the search. I visited the office this afternoon to ask some questions about their sedation procedure. When I asked the receptionist to confirm that sedation was available, she replied that I must have the wrong office. Possibly the most fun I've ever had whilst in the middle of dental treatment. What a genuinely lovely group of professionals. I felt utterly cared for and, honestly, didnt feel a single injection. Thoroughly recommended especially if you don't love the dentists. This is the place for you.
