Ahead of the appointment, I received a detailed estimate and a couple of email reminders. On the day, I was called promptly and warmly. Both during and before the appointment Dr Dudzic took the trouble to get to know me. During treatment I had plenty of time to join the conversation. So when all was done, I felt very good about what was achieved during the session. Thank you
