Carlsbad Village Dentistry has experienced rapid turnover of employees recently along with poor service and poor dental work. About 4 years ago I became a new patient and was satisfied. But, with new dental assistants came painful x-rays and poor crownwork. Furthermore, appointments were rescheduled and would last longer due to delays. After hearing how the Dr.Dudzik treats his female employees who are looking out for their career interest/opportunity. I’ve stopped going to this dentist. If you won’t support growth among your staff, even if that means them leaving for another practice you have no place to be running a business and will have a hard time retaining employees. Very professional and friendly staff
Very good experience, staff is very pleasant and helpful. They makes you feel at home. The Doctor and dental assistants are great and very knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable!
Jennifer was gentle and thoroigh with the cleaning. Great overall experience.

Very good experience. Dr. Dudzik helped a lot by grinding down the tooth on the bridge. Cleaning went well also.
Everyone was very kind and accommodating to my 6 year old as she got some cavities filled. Very pleasant experience!
