Customer service is everything and this facility lacks it. When looking for an orthodontist don't waste your time! Especially from the management "Jenny" on down. They lack professionalism and respect for individuals. I hope this helps someone find the right, professional orthodontist with courtesy for "all" patients.
The staff is always warm and welcoming. I always get very good service and care. Dr. Ferzli and his staff are top notch! He actually makes dental care fun and enjoyable.
