The front desk personnel are incredibly kind and helpful, and want to make sure you start and end your visits right. Dr. Goodridge is very gentle and incredibly understanding. I never feel like I’m being scolded and I’m always listened to by all. They are very good about getting appointments quickly if you need work done. I hate going to the dentist period! But the staff and Charles did a great job. I was satisfied with the results like always.
Dr. Ferzli and ALL of the staff were incredible! I was seen for a dental splint adjustment, and Dr. Ferzli was very thorough and attentive. He did some reflex motor neuron testing that suggested I have an intertarsal nerve entrapment on my left foot that is affecting my bite and balance. He provided me with a metatarsal pad for that foot in addition to adjusting my splint. My splint adjustment was a very tedious process, but Dr. Ferzli was SO kind and patient with me! Staff is excellent and very friendly. I have now seen two of the three dentists and both were kind, efficient and did a wonderful job. I am encouraging others to use this fantastic practice!!
