I am not certain why i had to wait so long once called to the back. I set the appointment for my work break and came back late due to their lack of time management.... MY appointment once i was seen only took 10min... but i was there for 45min

Great customer service and dental team
Excellent experience with Dr Lee and the staff. They call and give you reminders and call and make sure you are okay . Dr Lee is personable, and always works with me if I had to bring my baby even though that clearly wasn’t an ideal work environment for him , if I’m on a time limit he was also able to work with me . He’s a great communicator with what’s going on every step of the way, and how he plans to treat you. He remembers his patients,& even noticed that my hair was different today. I would highly recommend Smiles of Cary for all your dentistry needs. They were warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and very professional. I was a little nervous because I haven't been in awhile but they welcomed me with open arms and I was very pleased with the service I received!
