We were on vacation and it came time for our second free oil change and tire rotation on our new Chevy Silverado 2000 miles from home. We stopped by Carlsbad Chevrolet to see if they could squeeze us in. They did right away and we also got free popcorn and water while waiting and they allowed our Golden Retriever into the waiting room. They were very nice and accommodating to our needs.

I guess employees put more stock in being on Facebook here than helping customers. Plus, when I did get help, was given a crappy attitude by the parts people. Actually walked out getting yelled at by the guy wanting to know where I was from......What a joke!!!!

They are a JOKE. They're as bad as Tate branch. They say one thing, then another, then ANOTHER!! This is the 4th vehicle we've bought from them and it will be the last. I will deal with Roswell Nissan from here on out! Not how buying a new car should be!
