everything! they had my car for 3 days and car is still doing the same thing. so I paid $500 only for my car to have the same symptoms. I won't be back!
Very good experience as soon as we walked in they acknowledged and listen to what we wanted. Got down to business and got approved in a very rapid time frame even when it was late at night we still got the approval and next day signed and picked up the our new car very happy with the experience!!!!

Very happy with my experience. They took care of me gave me a fair trade offer and got my grandma in the car she was happy with, both me and my dad have used the service department and sales department and both are 10 out of 10! I’d recommend this dealership over any other in Carlsbad.

Not recommended for subprime credit. Their lenders aren’t great and the sales team is not motivated at all.

they They are fast and very friendly. I felt very comfortable there.
Horrible people! They got a 19 year child in there and got him to sign papers to finance a 2016 truck with 20% interest for 25,000 loan. They have another truck 2019 for 25,000 and told him they cant finance that one instead. Now they are trying to stick him into a 2016 truck that's full of problems for the same price. These people are horrible!!!!
4 months they had my car and never inspected engine until the end, they fixed exterior all for not, car was totaled. WASTE OF TIME and MONEY!
