First off thank you for a wonderful pleasant buying, no pressure, buying experience Frances Trevino. Second there was a minor issue needing resolved. When I brought the truck in, I was immediately assisted in resolving the problem I had occured. Everyone there is very professional and extremely friendly. I am very happy with my experience with my purchase. I HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. Thank you EVERYBODY from the Chevy dealership, each encounter I had was genuine and appreciated.
This was one of the most disappointing dealership experiences I have ever had. The sales staff was extremely pushy and seemed more focused on making a sale than addressing customers’ needs and concerns. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department was equally disappointing. A part that was only a week old and had been driven less than two miles was damaged during service.
