I had a really unpleasant encounter with one of the workers named Aly***. She was extremely rude and unprofessional during my visit, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. On top of that, she was openly making inappropriate comments about her relationships with coworkers, including bragging about being involved with married ones. After having issues with my truck, it was time to trade in. I went to the dealership in Carlsbad and talked with Braden and Ana. Both were very helpful, and made sure that not only were all of my questions answered, but also went out of their way to get me the best deal they could and get me into a new truck. I have had plenty of sales personnel try to take advantage of situations, but these two were genuine and professional.
