Any company that can resort to unethical scratch off winners should not be trusted. I just got one in the mail. I can see ford town doing that but chevy carlsbad cmon man.

terrible service, I took my 2018 car to the workshop for a code that was lit and they did not know what it was, I took it to another agency and they changed a damaged part, then I took it again for a change of antifreeze, I had it on all day and In the afternoon they told me they would not deliver it because the battery was damaged, very bad service and also rude
We had an amazing experience with Carlsbad Chevrolet!! Our salesman Iziah Rivas was very knowledgeable and very friendly!!! David Provencio was amazing and got us an awesome finance deal!! And Jonathon Rocha was great at explaining everything when we finalized the deal!! We LOVE our new truck. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle purchase!!
What a great experience! Cody, Brian, And Jersey are the car trifecta! I couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience! They helped me pull off a fantastic surprise for my little Princess! We bought an 2018 impala from them .. brand new . I’m sorry they are mostly nice people but once they get their money they don’t care . I do appreciate they drive 4 hours to pick my car up but Reagan lied straight to our faces and said the car was detailed and when we got it back ( it was filthy ) so we called the manager and he said it was not detailed and he is now fixing the situation for us .
