Great people!!! They know what they are doing and don't recommend services or parts that my car doesn't need. Carl's is the only place I take my cars for service, oil changes and car washes. Highly highly recommend!!

My car runs like a dream. 5 months of fighting the brakes, 4 other local car places saying nothing was wrong with it; it was all in my head or the dealership wanting me to spend lots of money to "fix" it but telling me I was better off with a brand new one (especially since it's paid off). You guys found the problem with it, fixed it and didn't charge me an arm and leg or for "extras" that it didn't need. Thank you for being honest. I've finally found a place I can trust.
This car wash ripped the strips right off the top of my car and I asked the tennants to go back and look for them and they claimed they didn't see anything. I then went inside and complained and all of a sudden the strips appear. NEVER AGAIN. I will continue to go to Freedom wash for now on.
I was very pleased with the service I got at Carl's. The oil change is a little high but, the car wash is great
When I had a friend suggest Carl's, I was not sure what to expect. Wow! The prices were better than 2 other places I went. Even better was the customer service! My Jeep was repaired as promised and on time, as quoted! I will be back for any other services needed!!
Manager was nasty and disrespectful and tried to charge me for things on my truck that worked when I got there and I was there from 7am til 10am and they kept taking many people before and when I said something about it the rude dude in the front slapped my paper on the desk and raised his voice like I was a stupid black woman who did know anything about vehicles....
