Customer Service.. they put a lower grade oil in the car without notice. I let the tech know and he just walked away.. found oil on the hood of the car and same tech clean it up with an attitude. I remember Mr. Clark back wouldn't tolerate that then.. hope it changes.. terrible customer manners..

By far the best car wash place in Hampton roads. Your car comes out clean unlike many other car wash places
Definitely don’t get what you pay for! These tires weren’t even touched with the free tire clean that came with the oil change and then stating that the car was vacuumed!! I can get a picture of that as well if you would like. None of that was done and I’m missing the cover for my back tire from where the put air. I can get a new piece but it’s the principle. Give people what they pay for.

Went yesterday to get my oil changed asked how much to do a tune up on my truck he said he did not have an exact price but it would be well over $300 I said to change 8 spark plugs and 8 wires he said yes I went out today bought the parts for $57 took me less than a half hour to do it apparently they're cheap for oil changes but expensive for car work
