No damage policy... BEWARE. Took my car in to get car wash. Got the highest level and it was my first time using this car wash so I figured go with higher quality or best wash they had. No I have scratches in multiple places on my car and paint removed in spots. Now I have to contact insurance company to have the scratches and paint repaired.
Love the unlimited wash. Haven't washed my car in years and it sparkles every time and saves me so much times Graham is such a gentleman and was putting up the cones as it was 7:02 and saw me and said to go ahead and pull Thru and didn't act like I was a burden at all. True customer service with a smile. Graham is the best!
Terrible customer service. Paid to wash my car and it's filthy. Went the day before my Dads funeral so to ensure I had enough time. No warning they would be closing soon. No towels. Mat cleaner didn't work. Asked to speak to a manager but of course the doors were locked. Went back the next day (the day of my Dads funeral) and the "manager" was nice/nasty. Rude, inconsiderate, cut you off, condescending tone, and took credit for the all the rain we had overnight as being the reason that the car "was so clean". I have to bury ... read more
