Boy you people are easy to please Carlos O'Kellys is a big chain ameri-mexican place just one step up from Taco Bell. The food is bland and predictable. The salsa is flavorless. The service is average for this type of restaurant.
Fantatic Mexican Food My family absolutely loves this place! The food is great! The margarita in a mug is an excellent deal. We are always seated promptly and experience great service.

Carlos O'Kelly's Mexican Restaurant Carlos O'Kelly's is a great Mexican place to eat. It has a great atmosphere, very relaxed, and clean. You get free chips and salsa brought to your table. The portions are large and we usually split a meal.
Best place around! We love going to this restaurant. Of course, we have our favorite dishes, but we love to try something new on occassion. The margaritas are better than most places around, and the queso is not to be missed. We always love going to this place with our friends, or just to grab a quick meal.
The best Mexican In Town! This is the only place to go for great Mexican food in Cedar Rapids. I love to go there and eat. Everything from the Sancho/Monterrey to the Picado to their enchiladas...the list could go on and on... Plus they have the best margarita's and daqueri's around...If you are in the mood for Great Mexican food, Carlos is the place to be!
Mexican Restraunt The customer service here was great. Always a smile. we were greeted and seated promptly, had a wonderful server. He was very attentive and kind, gave us 50% off our meal due to cooks take 45 minutes for our food. I was not happy withthe restraunt, probably wouldn't visit again.
Carlos O Kelly's Mexican Cafe Cedar Falls This is a wonderful family restaurant! Great food, great staff, great environment. The menu variety is super, including American foods on the kids meals, and the prices are an exceptional value.
