Margaritaville I love this place for all of its mexican festivities. The drinks are great and strong. Many nights have gone by leaving me stumbling to my car full of margaritas. Viva Carlos!

Carlos O Kelly's Mexican Cafe Waterloo The food and service is great at this location. The environment is good on the inside but parking and traffic issues outside make this a restaurant to avoid during busy weekend night outings.
Mexican? Yeah, this is supposedly Mexican, and I guess it does have some Mexican stuff on the menu. But somehow, it doesn't FEEL Mexican. Somehow, it feels like Denny's or Applebee's with a different name on the door. It's certainly OK for casual dining. But, sorry, I don't think of it as a Mexican restaurant
Carlos O'Kelly's is great I love Carlos O'Kelly's. The chili con queso is to die for. The kids menu has a lot of options and they get crayons and pictures to draw when you come in. The chips are the best in town.
One of our favorites... We love to go to Carlos'. My wife loves the fajitas and I love about half of everything else. My kids love the pizza (go fig.). The wait staff is great. And we always get our fill of chips and salsa. I usually end up with lunch for the next day. Yummy chili-con-queso. And if you have the desire to embarrass someone in your party who has a birthday, they still come around with the big sombrero and sing for you too. PROS: Good Tex-Mex CONS:
Carlos O'Kelly's Carlos O'Kelly's reminds me a lot of a Chili's or Don Pablo's. It was decent food, decent service, and okay prices.
Carlos O'Kelly's Mexican Restaurant Carlos O'Kelly's is a great Mexican place to eat. It has a great atmosphere, very relaxed, and clean. You get free chips and salsa brought to your table. The portions are large and we usually split a meal.
Bad Tex-Mex Carlos O'Kelly's is not worth the trip. It is over priced and only average at best. The food is not consistent, but I always feel ripped-off. I will not be eating here for a long time.
