The young staff were friendly and helpful. The store was very clean. You're paying for the experience. It was something nice to visit but much different than our first time 7 yrs ago.

Spent over $300 on pastries and shirts, only to get home to Ohio and find out that the boy didn't even give us the sizes of shirts we asked for. Extremely frustrated. Pastries were good. So disappointed though in the experience and wasted money on shirts we can't even use...
