My mum travelled from England in the hopes of meeting Buddy and the Cake Boss crew...she wasn't disappointed! Buddy gave her a massive hug and took photos with us. We watched some filming and saw amazing cake work. Mum said the pastries were delicious. Visiting the shop was, quite literally, the icing on the cake for mum's trip. Thanks Buddy.

Was our second visit to Carlos Bakery but our first to the Hoboken store. We met Clarissa who won the Next Great Baker. Shop had a friendly atmosphere and the cakes were delicious. Definitely recommend a visit if your in Hoboken.
Got cupcakes for my daughters birthday. . Most cupcakes could have been a little more moist. Not sure how long those cupcakes sit there.
