Went at a great time - hardly a line. What a well oiled machine this group is - in and out in no time walking out with twice as much pastries than I had planned. The lobster tail - that is where it's out. Awesome!
I have been dying to go here for years and for my husbands birthday we went to New Jersey this weekend for Monster Jam at the MetLife stadium so we made a trip out of it stayed for 3 nights and we went to Carlos Bakery yesterday! I got his birthday cake from there too...strawberry shortcake! I also got a free cup! It was great being able to finally go and spending too much money lol!��

Everything about Carlos's was great! Love that this was the original location!
My daughters and I were there yesterday for our first time with Girl Scouts. We toured the factory, they made cupcakes and then we were able to visit the store! The staff was so nice, and the girls had a blast. My little one even got to meet Frankie! The treats we bought were delicious. Thank you to everyone who made the trip wonderful for our almost 300 group of Girl Scouts!!
