Awesome bakery!!! Walking in the door was like being a kid again. Instead of being in a candy store you are in an amazing bakery. It was very difficult to make choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. So glad I went!!!

I took my 1st baking class at the Warehouse and loved every minute . A big shout out to the coaches, Cecelia, Lauren and Julissa...they were great and could not have asked for a better group of talented and good hearted ladies. Oh and I was able to leave with my very own fondant cake...Definetly recommend taking a class��������
My daughter wanted a cake for her 13th birthday from Carlo's. She wasn't disappointed. The red velvet was moist and just the right amount of sweetness. My wife and I had a cannoli and a lobster tail. They were both incredible! Definitely worth the visit.

Amazing lobster tail! Oatmeal raisin cookie and mini dark chocolate mousse cake was excellent too. Best bakery I have been to.
So I just stop by after a while since my last visit. If I could give a negative star I would. My first impression was "what? Why the cupcakes are much smaller?". I asked what is different now besides the cup they are baked in? They answer that the recipe is different, I replied I hope is for a better one. Nope, I was wrong. I only got 2 red velvets instead of getting 2 boxes of 6. One for bringing home to my kids and the other was a gift. I am so glad I only got two ( although I wish I have turn away without anything at all)... read more

1st time visiting Carlos Bakery yesterday and I must say to you and your staff Buddy what an amazing job on those canolis and lobster tails which my family and I couln't resist to have until our drive back to our hotel in Brooklyn so we had them across the street sitting on the green benches outside of the city hall. Thank You keep up the great work.
Visiting carlos bakery was on my bucket list and tasting everything too. I was disappointed when the hours of operation was to be opened at 7am and they never opened the doors till 7:15 am. Besides that the bake goods were amazing.
