Finally went in today since there wasn't much of a line. Got a cheese cake to share w my family, cookies that my kids picked out and a cupcake that my 3 yr old picked out. She drove us nuts for 2 hours about this darn cupcake. After dinner we get home and I open the cupcake box only to find out they gave her a red velvet instead of the vanilla w chocolate frosting she wanted. I have to say the cupcake was delicious (I ate it) but I was left w a crying 3 year old.
I have met Buddy many times and his family. I always visit here with pride and excitement. I was at the opening of the Bethlehem,PA location and was first in line. I wasn't first in line just because of the delicious bakery, but because I believe in the heart and soul of this place and the wonderful person and family he has. I visited dropping something off not because I had to, but because he leaves an imprint on my heart and soul every time. Loved the bakery! I came all the way from Dublin, GA!! Can't wait to go back!!!
The cake was underbaked, each layer having unbaked dough . The lobster was overfilled, and the cannoli filling was gritty. I had a better Cannoli at Kansas City Market.

Not at all what we expected. Actually, it's identical to what you see in the show except family. No family. Canolis $4.95 each. Dry cupcakes. I spent 80$ to take a small selection home with me. 7.95 for a 1" slice of cake. The line staff was polite . We asked our girl how often anybody from the show is there, she said she's seen them 1x in 2 months. When the delivery guy came back w the money he blurted out " That was 7 God d*@m blocks not 3. Very offensive.

I love Buddy, his family and loved watching cake boss. Unfortunately, I didn't think his bakery was better than my own local hometown bakery here in the Hudson Valley where I live. My red velvet cupcake was not good at all, it was dry and had no flavor. I also didn't like that you can't order pignoli or rainbow cookies fresh, they are pre packaged, though they were better than my cupcake!
