Can u imagine how crazy it is... I came all the way from Singapore just to get a taste of TLC famous Cake Boss?!!! Already got a tasting preview at Carlo's Port Authority... Queued for it's best-selling lobster tail and cannoli... Frankly, the experience was so-so... Nothing impressive, really. We stopped here for breakfast for my daughters 5th birthday. We drove in from NH and were a little early so we waited for it to open. The showcase was pretty much empty (maybe because we were literally there the second it opened?) but it was just weird for me because my grandmother owned a bakery my whole life and she always had everything ready to go for when the doors opened. This family has been around for a while but has never lost it's touched when it comes to baking. I did not know that they have over 10 bakeries around the USA. Congrats CARLOS And family.
The desserts and pastries were delicious! Everyone was very nice, friendly and helpful! I can't wait to go back!
