We stopped by yesterday for the first time (my Birthday) and the staff was AMAZING, super patience. Very knowledgeable, truly a family "feeling", thank you for allowing us to be slow while deciding on our food.
It was absolutely perfect! So glad I got to come up to New York/New Jersey for my anniversary and visit the shopa
This was my first and last time at the bakery- I purchased miniature pastries and was very disappointed- they tasted old and dry- I expected much better from them- not happy at all.

We made a special trip to the bakery and was so excited when we walked in... but when we asked if they anything gluten free they just smiled and said "no, we get asked that a lot". With being a famous bakery I was shocked. Even our small town bakerys have gluten free options. So I asked for chocolate dipped strawberries and they said no. (They show that they have them on the online menu). We are from Ohio and drove a long way and was greatly disappointed. My family and I, we've been visit another locations, twice at Texas, and we was at Atlanta opening because we live there, was amazing time meeting the famiglia... but this store isn't what we was expecting, we supposed to get a better customer service and better taste for the famous canollis and tiramisu there, but not.. we are a bit disappointed of this location. I think they are so busy making the business growing up and that is good but also they are letting the customer service getting down.
