As delicious as they are, it's not about the pastries but what brings people joy and family together. Our family has watched, laughed and cried with Buddy and the family and that means something. I couldn't imagine coming to town without stopping at Carlo's. You've touched our hearts and our lives. God bless the staff and family of Carlo's bakery!
Sorry but, Carlos has forgotten his roots. AND his customers. My family has patronized this bakery for over 50 years. Even before it was Carlos. The things I and my family have always bought there (miniature pastries, the famous crumb cake, and some others) have all been discontinued. Carlos seems to be more interested in selling t-shirts and tote bags now. It's a shame. The quality of their product has gone down hill and the prices have gone up. Ridiculously. Super friendly staff. Amazing treats. As a cake decorator it has always been a desire to go see "the cake boss" place. So it was pretty awesome😀
Traveled from CT to see the original Carlo's Bakery. There was a line but it moved quickly. Cannolis are great! Would have loved to have met Buddy or some of his family members.
It's good, some items better than others... I just don't get all the hype and feel they're very overpriced.
Lugar pequeno mas aconchegante, famosa pelo proprietário ( Budy Valastro do Cake Boss) e suas carolinas e outros doces de sua origem a Itália.
Delicioso en especial, los tiramisú... Wow... Sabrosos!!! Fue un honor degustar de algunos dulces con un rico café.
They may charge you a buck but there's nothing like it as far as quality ! Amazing cakes !
