It was AMAZING!!! My boyfriend and I came from AZ for the holidays and we said it was a MUST that we stopped at the original Carlo's Bake Shop in Hoboken. Definitely a different feel going to the original store. The staff were all helpful and friendly and didn't mind us being all giddy about taking pictures. And of course the pastries were indescribable and would have bought more if we didn't need to catch our flight. Happy New Year Carlo's Bake Shop from AZ!

I purchased an apron and took it out of the package and the paint came up I said customer service a copy of the of the apron and a copy of my receipt and I have to pay to send apron back and have them pay for that that another apron to come to me at cost me just as much as it did for the apron if not more I think that’s bad customer service. I also purchased a donut with custard in it and it was hard as rock and it didn’t taste like custard.
Delicious!! Great service! Buddy should be proud! It was so busy and the line was outside in the freezing cold and they brought everyone the most delicious hot chocolate. Wish we lived closer.
Everyone was super nice and extremely helpful. The treats were so tasty, so worth the trip from Toronto, Canada.

The experience here was enjoying Jonathans excitement at seeing the location where Buddy filmed his Cake Boss episodes. Outside of the that, the selections were very attractive to view, and very pricey at the checkout. Upon trying the many sweets we decided to sample we came to the conclusion that looks aren't everything. There was nothing spectacular or even mildly tasty about any of the items we purchased including donuts, cupcakes, a fudge cake, mousse, and chocolate covered strawberries.
