The service was quick and efficient, the cannoli was just as good as any other and the strawberry shortcake was good as well... the girl at the counter was pretty rude though.. and The whole experience just seemed impersonal and cold.. not a warm atmosphere.

I just loved taking the fondant class at Carlo's Bakery! Went w my daughter & grandson! We met so many nice people there from all over the world & the teacher who was so great! She made it so easy! All our cake came out so pretty! They tasted good too! A great experience!

Awesome service, quick and easy! And everything was absolutely divine but the pecan danish?!? FABULOUS!! Wanted to turn around and get a dozen more! We NEED this in Louisiana (north Louisiana)! Love the town and the shop.
