Red velvet cake was good my daughter was happy. Even tho we have a Carlos bakery in vegas wanted to come to jersey to get the real experience.
Nice place very busy but very friendly atmosphere plus really helpful wish there was one in the Pacific Northwest!!!!
The Hoboken store was everything I expected it to be & more, travelled all the way from the UK, especially wanted to try the crumb cake but they didn’t have any, tried the New York store yesterday & it was a totally different experience, the staff were rude (to all customers) hardly any stock of anything either, not a good visit :( love cake boss tho :)

Dall Italia x vedere da vicino la pasticceria e poter mangiare un dolce li ! Buoni molto diversi da quelli italiani in quanto a gusto! Avrei preferito incontrare un membro della famiglia Valastro ,ma purtroppo nn c era nessuno di loro !
They didn't have sum of the items that I wanted. I've been going there since I was a little kid either for Sunday pastries or my bday cake. But I did get a couple of slices of Italian cheese cake and sum cannolis
Good baked goods...a little pricey though.....
