Terrible costumer service!!! I ordered a cake and the day of pick up at 1pm they called me saying that they don’t have cheesecake anymore�. Besides getting a cake last minute for my friends birthday I have to deal with Carlos bakery to get a refund. It’s been a week so far and still no refund. They didn’t answer to my emails and when I called they said they will call me back but that never happened.
