Went to Carlos bakery yesterday and Buddy was there. Was cool to get a pic with him- made it a more memorable experience! The Cannoli, Cheesecake and Brownie were delicious!! Worth the trek from down under ☺️☺️
Went by this morning at 8am. I was the ONLY customer in the store. There were two ladies behind the counter decorating, so I simply took my time going through the viewing case. After about three minutes, I stand behind the register and just wait for one of them to finally make eye contact with me so I can order. About this time, a homeless guy barges into the store with a cigarette and the two girls quickly serve him a free coffee, then return back to decorating. Tiramasu cake is awesome. Love the lobster tails. Cute bake shop and friendly staff. We were there at 10:45 a.m. and there was only 2 people ahead of us. We also visited the shop in NYC. It is fixed up nice. I recommend it.
Awesome experience was there yesterday with Brenda Shaw We get to see them all Carlos was working with his son teaching him the family business, and his sisters taking care of the customers And of course we have enjoy those great amazing pastry and deserts yum. We will definitely visit again
Very nice bakery. Staff is very nice and outgoing. Pastries are delicious. Lobster tail was outstanding. Top notch operation.

We surprised our daughter with a birthday cake for her 12th birthday. We are from the UK and this is her favourite programme. The cake was beautiful and tastes great. Thanks guys
I had an awesome experience Everything was great and i even got to take pictures with the famous cake boss crew cant ask for more :) Parking sucks but everything else was great
