I would never deal with this company if were you! A new van maybe but not a used van. A new van being covered by warranty, a used not. We purchased a used van from Carlons.. On the surface it looked good. It was to be used as an onsite van. And I requested that it be delivered and placed on site. Now the problems began. The salesman and the Proprietor of the company turned up to deliver the van and despite having inspected the property previously did not get it into position. We bought our Crusader Serenity brand new from Carlon's, as very "green" caravan owners we had multiple questions to John Hobbs and Bill over the time, 2 years now, and i have to say they always come through with the most detailed responses to our questions. I cannot commend them enough as these 2 gents have YEARS of caravan experience .
