We bought our Crusader Serenity brand new from Carlon's, as very "green" caravan owners we had multiple questions to John Hobbs and Bill over the time, 2 years now, and i have to say they always come through with the most detailed responses to our questions. I cannot commend them enough as these 2 gents have YEARS of caravan experience .
I Can’t recommend John at Carlons enough. I live in Perth and bought the car not seeing it myself. Never bought and shipped a car over before so was nervous but the whole process was made easy which I was very grateful for especially not living in the same state. They were honest, Helpful and made paperwork and the whole steps easy also. My car was so clean and tidy and dropped off for me at collection point ready to be shipped over by Carlons team also.
