After purchasing a pre-owned car from Carlock, I was very pleased with the transparency of pricing and how they showed their dealer fees right off the bat. If you’re thinking of buying, hit up Collin Hill! He was very hospitable with me being an out of state buyer and was never once pushy about extra warranties or trying to rush me into decisions. We were new to leasing and EV cars, but everyone at this dealership really took time to answer all the questions we had, and encouraged us to reach back out to them as a resource. The Carlock upfront pricing was so much less stressful. They really are looking out for the customers’ best interests here.
