Sarah, Connor, and Jin were all very personable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Sarah was extremely thorough and went above and beyond explaining the cars and process. Jin was wonderful and gave great customer service, and both he and Connor helped ensure I was getting the best price possible. Definitely recommend this specific VW dealership.

I bought a car here 5 months ago. I'm still awaiting license plates. I've been driving on expired temp registration for months. I've left 6 messages and can't do anything to get a response. Even filed a complaint with the BBB and the business won't respond. I am out of state so don't have the option of just showing up and demanding answers.
