I came in for a rash. Dr. Bauman took a biopsy and stitched me up. They said they would call with my results within the week and schedule a stitches follow-up. I got no call. I call once a week for 3 weeks to be told rudely that results were not in and they would call me. Third week, I called again They FINALLY give me my results after 3 weeks and said that I should've come in after 14 days for my stitches as if it was my fault. I will never recommend this clinic to other people. I had some rash and went to the clinic. Dr. Bauman talked with me for less than 1 minute and did not see my skin with rash at all. She just simply subscribed some Steroids external ointment to me and very quickly left the room. The whole process from her entering the room to leaving lasted only about 3 mins. She didn't even wear the latex gloves to examine. Then after a few weeks, I received a bill of 234 dollars.
This doctor misdiagnosed my skin condition and I had to go to 2 other doctors to get it corrected. Really bad experience.
Carla Bauman has been more than dedicated to my care.
Great she is amazing!!!! Very Knowledgeable caring and professional would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good dermatologist!!
Terrific, ever time
Absolutely awful customer service - I had to chase them around to find out the details for my sons acne prescription. They did not know that boys did not need to do the iPledge!!! I'm chasing them??? Not great
