I have health conditions that are challenging. When time was limited I wasn’t always able to get the answers I needed from Dr. Spirazza. During my last visit my ferritin levels were below range. I needed guidance for iron infusions to cure my anemia. He recommended a doctor who I found out later did not accept insurance. I did not have the means to pay out of pocket. When I called the office several times no one returned my calls. They could have written or emailed but did not. I changed doctors
I have been a patient for 20 years. I can't imagine having another physician. Carl and his staff are the best in West Palm Beach.
Dr. Spirazza is a great Doctor. My husband and I have been patients of his for over 6 years. Unfortunately, due to his incompetent and rude staff, we are looking for a new Doctor.
I was referred by a friend. They scheduled my appointment quickly; however, I DO NOT recommend going to Dr. Spirazza. I was told on the phone to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork or print it and bring it with me. I filled out all the paperwork at home and brought it with me and arrived 6 minutes early. They refused to see me or look at my forms since I wasn't 15 minutes early. I explained to the office staff and they said they would have to reschedule. I told them not to bother.
Dr. Spirazza and his Nurse Practitioner are excellent. They are very knowledgeable and caring. They take the time to answer questions and I know they care about my health. The staff are hard workers and always are pleasant. I recommend them to all my friends and family!
I think Dr. Spirazza is thorough and very helpful. He has answered all my questions and I do not feel I am rushed. His nurses and nurse practioner are terrific and thorough. The front office staff, however, is short, unflexible and can be extremely difficult to work with. If I didn't like the medical staff so well I would change offices because of the front office staff.
An excellent doctor, down to earth.
He used to give you time and now he seems rushed. You can only go in for your appointment and can't ask question that are not relevant. If you do he will tell you you must make another appointment he will only answere what your there for at that visit.
I love Dr. Spirrazza, he is very attentive to you, makes sure to understand the reason why you are seeking medical help in order to treat you the proper way. I would not trade him for nothing. Keep up the great work.
