He is horrible! no compassion, wouldn’t even listen to me. PA lied put information in her notes that she NEVER told me about! She could have had me come into the office for a Lab test, but she laughed and told me to try and get my own appointment with Quest! Then they sent me to Lab Corp which was a joke! This went on for two weeks! What Spirazza’s office did made my condition worse! Changed doctors & in less than 24 hours, had Dx, with correct Rx.

The staff is lovely but not coordinated at all as far as obtaining answers regarding test results, etc. They don't return calls and leave you at sea with questions you need answered. I've had way too many issues with this office and would not recommend it to anyone.

I've been a patient of Dr. Spirazza's for about 30 years now. I would recommend him to everyone who needs a doctor. He's very kind and sincere. He's very sympathetic as well. Whenever I've gone to see him, I never feel like he's rushing me, he always takes his time. I love his nurse, unfortunately, I can't remember her name, but she's great. The front office staff aren't very chatty with us patients, but that's OK. His office manager, I believe her name is Darlene, is great too!

This is my first visit with a general physician in Florida and was very pleased. Hi exam, diagnostic imaging and prognosis was spot on and done very logically. I will be going back to him!

My Husband was sent to the Hospital with the Virus,and as you know you can not go into the Hospital to visit. He had Pheumonia and a fever of 102. He was very sick. I didn't know if I would ever see him again. Dr. Spirazza called the Hospital and talked to the doctors their and he called me every night to let me no how he was doing. If it wasn't for him to help me find out information on what was going on,and him speaking up for me to the doctors in the hospital I don't know what I would have done. My wife has seen him several times over the course of the last few years . Last Monday she went in to see him regarding a very bad cold ,or flou like symptoms. She was seen by a doctors asst. On Friday she was no better with a severe cough,and needed an Appt . We were told they were booked,and wanted to know if this was serious. She had an Appt for Monday ,but needed attention now . Very understanding and supportive. Spent time with me to explain in detail my test results. Girls in the office were very nice. In and out in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Dr. Spirazza and his staff.

I see nurse practitioner Andrea Degendice, I have been going there almost 4 years in that short time I have had many conditions evaluated and properly diagnosed. I receive nothing but care and compassion from EVERY SINGLE STAFF member!!!!! Kayla, Aurora, Niki and all other staff have been nothing short of supportive. If I call they call me back. If I need a referral it is sent there immediately or in a timely manner. They are caring and compassionate and I wouldn’t have anyone else as my PCP.
