I had an older laptop that needed updating and could never bring myself to replace it. It ended up getting rained on one day, so I brought it into Carl's. Carl was able to recover all of my files and he recommended a replacement laptop. I love my new Microsoft Surface Pro and I could not have asked for better service. Thanks for all of your help!
