RecommendedProfessional prompt service. Carl followed up with me a week after my computer was brought in. The problem was not completely resolved. I brought it back, Carl worked more on my computer until it was 100% fixed without additional charges. Thank you for a great experience!
My computer was in really bad shape. Carl cleaned it up for malware and spyware. Only took him a few days. I'm very pleased and Happy to be using my laptop again.
