Carl’s Computer is very honest and excellent at what they do. I had a problem with downloading from an APP I had purchased. Nick tried for over an hour to fix the issue but it was not a computer problem it was a problem with the APP itself. Carl did not charge me the full amount he should have charged. This is the second time I have used Carl’s Computer and I am very satisfied. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I was told I was going to recieve a call to let me know what was wrong with my computer before work was done. Nope. I was charged $100 for a $20 part and $75 for 15 mins worth of work. And then was told yall cleaned it up for me. So air was blown on the inside and the outside was still dirty. Thanks. No return business here.
Excellent service. On a Saturday we Brought my sons gaming computer in because it quit working. Also brought his iPhone in to get the screen repaired. They told us it would be 30 mins to get the iPhone repaired and would have the computer diagnosed by Monday. You can imagine how happy my son was when we were walking out with both good as new 30 mins later. And the price was so reasonable. Thank you! I took my Surface Pro to Carl's to have the screen replaced. Excellent service and accommodations with my time and needs for getting it replaced in a speedy manner. Like most people who own a business, time is money, and not having the tools you need at hand cost us money. Carl's and staff made this process so easy and I am eternally grateful. I highly recommend this business for your computer and electronic needs.
