Service dept or service managers don't respond to emails. Once service advisors get your money, they don't want to know you anymore if there is a problem. Will never return there or refer anyone there & I know a lot of people in the service & collision industry.
After buying my GMC Arcadia at Carl Black Orlando, FL and taking it for service at least 3- 4 times and asked them to fix a raddle nose that turned out to be a major known problem in the exhaust system for these GMC Arcadia's Carl Black Orlando not only ignored the problem for over a year and they never addressed it and always ignored. So far This review is only on the sale person I brought the car from, He went out of his way telling about the car, put no pressure on me to buy and explain every thing that was written down to me.
