Carl Alan Floral Designs Is So Dirty – Okay first off the guy Carl got on my last nerve. I mean let me start you off. I went in for a consultation and the office he sat me in was so dirty. I mean the administrative assistant desk was clean and she looked like she tried to keep the office clean with smell goods but no matter how clean it was it still was going to be a mess.
