Got an $8 cup filled with ice after I selected no-tip option at ordering. I ordered a cold matcha with less ice, which was $8. At the counter, I selected the no-tip option. You may say I’m cheap, but what is the tip for at the drive through? Making the drink? Isn’t that why I paid $8? Well, that seemed to upset the barista and the person at the window, and they decided to revenge by adding even more ice to the drink. The 12oz drink was 11oz ice. Tipping should drive the service, especially at the drive throughs.

Super friendly and helpful staff! The coffee order was perfect and tasted great! 4 stars for Atmosphere, it's more like n/a; this was a drive-thru order. But the order process and pic-up was very good.
