Everything was pretty easy from start to finish. My rep, Mitchell was great and kept me informed during the whole process. I was able to save about $200 a month plus add gap insurance.
My work schedule is extremely difficult, and I am embarrassingly ignorant about these kinds of things. In short, I am a nightmare customer who needs a lot of help but doesn't have any time.
