Be careful of this company, I was told that I could go from 17% interest to 6% interest. That is of course before I mailed the title to my vehicle to them. When I called them back to follow up. They tried to bait and switch me by telling me that the 6% interest rate no longer applies and that it went up a little bit, but even just 1% makes a huge difference in a $20,000 loan. Top notch customer service! Rich Cohn was my rep and he made refinancing my car loan a seamless experience. My first interaction with Rich was over the phone, he was clear in explaining process and next steps. I enjoyed getting text updates or follow ups from him of any docs he needed from me. I almost missed a step in sending my title with the provided Fed Ex but Rich reminded me before I sent out land could’ve delayed finalizing. I had a extremely positive experience and highly recommend.
